The Annual MAST Party
Each party is themed to give you a taste of traditions, entertainment, food and drink of the host country/venue.
The only thing that remains fixed is that you will have a great time, networking, eating and drinking with your contemporaries.
Happy Hours
Happy Hours are generously sponsored by prominent organisations otherwise exhibiting in the trade-show. Taking place from 1600hrs, they are designed to reinvigorate visitor/exhibitor networking/discussions at “that time” of day.
VIP Luncheons (invitation only)
The Annual VIP luncheon is traditionally hosted by the lead sponsor for the event, on the opening day of the show, and brings together the keynote and plenary speakers, VIPs/delegations, and conference committee.
Annual Admirals’ Buffet (invitation only)
As the name suggests this highly exclusive social function (typically hosted by a key sponsor) takes place in a secret location on the eve of the event, uniting the most senior of the event’s VIPs, Keynote speakers, etc.
VIP Executive Club Lounge
Typically hosted by one of MAST’s leading sponsors, this restricted area is where MAST VIPs unwind and ‘recharge’ between tours of the trade-show, presenting in/visiting conference sessions, and conducting other duties during MAST.
